Should I print a receipt to show when I arrive?
A printed receipt is not required. We make it easy for you. All you have to do present the order reference number for the self drive car booking that you have done and we do the rest.
How much does it cost to rent a car?
The cost to rent a self drive car will depend upon the car you choose and the duration you need it for. To know the cost of rent please refer to our Tariff & Fleet section.
What is your refund policy?
For cancellation made 48 hours or more before booking start date: 25% refund
Cancellation made within 24hrs of booking start: 0% of Booking Fee (whichever is greater)
Cancellation made after booking start: No Refund
(Cancellation refund will be done through the original payment method within 7- 10 business days)
By what time do I need to pay security deposit?
You need to pay security deposit before the time of picking up the car as communicated in mails and SMS
Do I have to make a reservation?
No necessary but advisable as our cars are high in demand and you don’t want to spend your holidays in hotel or bus stand. Book online to avail upto 5% discount, deal in white, support governments initiative to improve digital payments.

Are there restrictions on where I can travel?
No, There are no restrictions for any car, you can travel where you want.

Is there a km limit to how much I can drive?
With reference of booking there is no km caping,Its unlimited km within the Maharashtra.
I can't apply my discount voucher. What should I do?
Please make sure that your discount voucher is still valid. If the problem still persists please retry after some time.
What documents do I need to bring when I pick up my RentalCars vehicle?
Please bring your original driver's license and a valid credit or debit card for any incidentals charges
(e.g. excess hours, extended reservation, etc.)
